Her professional background spans more than a decade in London, where she held senior leadership roles across premium hospitality, health and wellbeing, and customer operations. These environments shaped her disciplined approach to performance, communication, and relationship management, all of which now underpin her real estate advisory work.
From 2018 to 2022, Karolina was Customer Service Operations Manager at Mindful Chef, a fast growing UK health food company later majority acquired by Nestlé. The role strengthened her experience in scaling operations, maintaining standards under growth, and building systems that keep the client at the centre.
Karolina studied Real Estate Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics, giving her a strong understanding of market behaviour, pricing dynamics, and investment fundamentals. Prior to moving to Dubai, she also gained hands on transactional experience through a Hungarian real estate franchise, developing practical expertise in negotiations and deal execution.
With deep roots in Budapest, Karolina cultivated a strong network of high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs, many of whom now invest in Dubai for capital appreciation, diversification, and lifestyle security. Since relocating to the UAE, she has expanded this network and acts as a trusted advisor connecting European capital with Dubai’s most compelling property opportunities.
