He obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of József Attila University in 2004 and founded his own law office in 2008. His legal practice advised domestic and international clients across real estate law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions, with a strong emphasis on complex, high-value transactions.
Szabi also spent several years serving as an official public procurement advisor, representing both contracting authorities and bidders. This role further sharpened his regulatory insight, transactional precision, and risk management capabilities within highly controlled environments. In addition, he managed a professional trust and fiduciary asset management company for four years, developing deep expertise in asset protection, cross-border structuring, and long-term capital preservation strategies.
